Once it has been agreed that we will instruct a Cyprus solicitor on your behalf the matter will be allocated to one of our approved law firms who is given your details and any information you have provided us. The law firm will be selected according to the area of the island where it is based and the type of law that it practices. As an alternative we will refer you to the firm concerned and you will correspond directly. Once contact is made with the law firm your relationship with the law firm is that of normal client and Solicitor. In other words it is subject to the rules and regulations and safeguards imposed by the Law Society of Cyprus.

After your initial contact with the law firm you may decide, for whatever reason, that the particular law firm is not suitable for your needs. When this happens then we request that you advise the firm concerned as well as our company immediately. You will only be obliged to pay the firm only once you have decided to use the firm concerned and provided them with a mandate.

Once a mandate has been given by you to the law firm you must liase directly with the solicitor concerned alternatively we will act as your personal advisor, advise you and liase with the firm on your behalf.
